GGNJ is a Real Estate focused Investment Company right here in the 901. From humble beginnings, GGNJ has grown into investments in rentals, land, lots, and Custom Home development. Our two newest projects (Somerset in Germantown and Washington Grove in Collierville ) highlight our focus on special projects that provide long term value to both the homeowners and the community.  

We are currently evaluating additional opportunities in the Residential market, as well as actively searching for Multifamily, Commercial Real Estate, Sale/Leaseback, and other speciality financing opportunities.
